Stick Mobility Flow was added to our schedule to accommodate the person that is short on time or the individual that wants a longer stretching period before their workout. This is a quick, 30-minute class that focuses on joint articulation and stretching. We utilize sticks from Stick Mobility to help gain range of motion and help provide a better stretch.


This class is great as a cool-down, warm up, or accessory to any lifting program. This class is perfect for people that are ANY level of fitness as you can self-regulate the intensity of your stretching.
