Primal Conditioning

What is “Primal Conditioning?”

 

Primal conditioning is a quick (30-45 minute) class built for people that have limited time but don’t want to skimp on fitness. Imagine that ESPN’s Strongman Competition, & Ninja Warrior had a weird little ninja-gorilla love child. This class is how that ninja-gorilla baby would train. It’s functional movements, strength exercises, power production, brutal conditioning, and a bunch of fun stuff all rolled into one.

This will be a class that focuses on dragging, carrying, pushing, pressing, throwing and slamming heavy objects. These objects will include sleds, yolk bars, kettlebells, flipper, Medicine balls, slam balls, carry bars, and whatever fun toys we can get our hands on.
