Mobility is one of the most overlooked aspects of fitness. When people think about getting into shape they think of bulking up or slimming down. Many people think that weights and cardio are the only things that they need to focus on, and mobility is left behind. Without working on mobility you might feel tight, pinching of the joints at your end ranges of motion, etc.
We’re here to help you develop a healthy sense of mobility and learn how you can improve that aspect of your health.
