Mobility Prep is a class designed specifically to work in conjunction with our barbell class (attending both classes = 1.5 hours). This 30-minute class is also awesome for anyone that needs to work on their mobility or someone that is short on time and needs to move their body. While you won’t break a waterfall sweat, you will properly prep your body for weight-lifting or just living your life!
During this class we utilize techniques from; Functional Range Conditioning and Stick Mobility. We also work on basic human movement principles by the re-teaching the body how to move properly; hinge, squatting, rotating, pushing, pulling, etc. You also might have the opportunity to utilize Indian Clubs, mace bells, and any other fun toys that we can get our hands on during this class.
