I grew up as a multi sport athlete but it wasn’t until the age of 19 that I found my true athletic passion; professional wrestling (aka the stuff you see on cable television on Monday nights). As I chased my dream of being a world champion I realized two things:

  1. Wrestling really beats up your body.
  2. Chasing a dream doesn’t pay that well.

I quickly realized that I needed a profession that not only gave me the flexibility to travel; but could be applied to my own life/body. I started my personal training career simultaneously with my wrestling career around 2004 and quickly sought knowledge that could be applied to my clientele, as well as myself. Since this journey started so many years ago I have accumulated knowledge and certifications in:

I no longer enter the squared circle to entertain the crowd, but continue to expand my knowledge as much as possible. The more I know, the more I can help you to add longevity, variety, and results to your training and life. With my certifications, I am now a group fitness instructor as well as an Olympic lifting coach, so I am well-rounded and able to help teenagers, athletes, and men and women of all fitness levels.
